  Honestly a pretty disappointing experience. Staff were friendly, table was immaculate but... The food was very underwhelming. Everything was cooked perfectly and nicely plated but the food was lacking in favour all round. The 'garlic' prawn enchilada didn't taste like garlic had been in the vicinity much less touched the prawns, and the doubling up of rice both in the enchilada and on the plate made the meal even more disappointing as it was obvious that they were unnecessarily padding the plate to try and make it worth the price, needless to say they failed. The only saving grace was the salad which was quite tasty and 'made the meal.' The abendiga's (meetballs) were tasty but lacking the fullness of flavour and spices I would expect from mexican cuisine saved only by the richness of the tomato sauce. The chicken enchilada was average, the rice serving was more reasonable than with the garlic prawns but still not as flavour filled as we had hoped for. On the whole, I would probably come back here but with the expectation of an average family meal and not as somewhere to go for a fancy meal.
